$10,000 down as earnest money the day of the auction. If purchased online, earnest money funds shall be received by Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., no later than 3 PM CST, Thursday, December 14, 2023, by personal check, certified funds or wire transfer. Balance due on delivery of deed & marketable title.

A Buyers Premium of three percent (3%) live or five percent (5%) online will be added to the final gavel price to determine final contract price. 

Purchasers to sign a cash contract at the delivery of earnest money funds. Closing on or before January 9, 2024
