Any used firearm should be inspected by a competent gunsmith for safety, function, and proper ammunition type before attempting to fire. Any description of mechanical function or condition does NOT mean the gun has been inspected or Okayed for shooting. Ammunition of unknown origin should not be fired, and the ammunition in this auction is sold for salvage of components or as collectibles only.

ANTIQUE, MUZZLE-LOADING & AIR GUNS - May be shipped directly to bidders unless your local or state law has restricted this. It is our policy not to sell these items to individuals who would not be eligible to purchase modern firearms. By bidding on these, you represent that you are not a minor, convicted felon, drug addict, illegal alien, mentally defective individual, or other person who would be restricted from buying modern firearms, and that such purchase is legal in your home area.

MODERN FIREARMS - Marked: FFL or C&R in catalog. Kull Auction & Real Estate Company Co. Inc. is a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer (FFL), and you can purchase these guns the same way you would from a gun shop. To pick-up your winning item in person, you may set an appointment time and complete the appropriate paperwork which includes the required form 4473, to get an instant FBI NICS background check. If your NICS background check clears, as is usually the case, you can take the guns the same day. If there is a NICS delay, you will need to come back after NICS clears you.

OUT OF STATE AND ABSENTEE BIDDERS Guns must be shipping to FFL dealer in your hometown. Most gun shops will receive these for you and legally transfer them to you for a modest fee. You will need to have them send Kull Auction & Real Estate Co. a signed copy of their FFL with your name, noting it is for your purchases. Fax: 785-862-8811 or scan & email to FFL@Armsbid.com. Single handgun $500.00 or under = $45, Single long gun $500.00 or under = $55.  

SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BILLED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR AUCTION PURCHASE(S), AND WILL INCLUDE AMOUNTS FOR SHIPPING, INSURANCE, MATERIALS & LABOR. Your credit card on file will be charged the final shipping unless you've requested otherwise.

FIREARM BUYERS: To expedite the shipping of your firearm purchase, if your FFL/C&R is not on file with Kull Auction please send a copy of your dealer's current FFL/C&R by Fax to 785-862-8811 or Email FFL@Armsbid.com. Please place your bid (paddle) number on your FFL/C&R so that we can match them to your purchase.

Class 3 and NFA Information & Special Terms

1. Any legitimate buyer can purchase a Class 3 or NFA firearms 
2. Buyer MUST make sure it is legal for them to own a Class 3 or NFA firearm in THEIR state of residence. We will NOT be responsible for determining this. 
3. Buyer must complete a Form 4 which requires the approval and signature of their chief law enforcement officer and understand that fingerprints will be taken. 
4. Buyer will pay a $200.00 Special Tax on each Class 3 firearm(s). A $5.00 Special Tax will be collected on NFA items. This will be collected at the time of payment if Buyer is a resident of the State of Kansas. If Buyer is NOT a resident of the State of Kansas, your Licensed Class 3 will collect the tax. 
5. If Buyer is NOT a resident of the State of Kansas, the firearm or item MUST be shipped to a Licensed Class 3 dealer in your state of residence on a Form 3 and the associated Form 4 will be completed with said Class 3 dealer. This two step process can take from 4 to 8 months or longer depending on the FBI. The current processing of these forms is taking an average of four to six months per form. 
6. If Buyer is a Kansas resident, Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc. will process the Form 3 (three to four months) and will transfer the firearm directly to Buyer. 
7. Complete settlement, including any special taxes, transfer fee, MUST be fulfilled prior to any submission of paperwork. 8. THE FIREARM WILL NOT CHANGE OWNERSHIP OR POSSESSION UNTIL ALL OF THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK HAS BEEN APPROVED & CONFIRMED. 
8. A Class 3 and/or NFA transfer fee of $100.00, per transfer will be collected by Kull Auction & Real Estate Co., Inc. at the time of settlement.
9. If the firearm is "pre-ban", (prior to 1986) and listed as a "sales sample" on the AFT Form 3,  then the firearm can only be purchased/transferred to a FFL/SOT dealer.
